That celestial shield is nice. Personally I wouldn't sell that below 300e, but anything over 200 is ok too. If the second mod wasn't hexed, it would be a lot more.

Shields with -2 enchant 10 vs like that Outcast are quite popular right now - not exactly sure on a price to give on it but I'd say at least 40e+ . IMO. Could go a good bit higher.
Agree on the celestial. Stance zodiac I'd take 20-30k if you can get it. Zodiac staff 15-20k Plagueborn is a good question for Plekki. He collects stuff like that.
